This class “Introduction to Geoenvironmental Engineering” will be able to serve students to have a fundamental understanding on the solutions for environmental contaminations closely related to environmentally friendly resources development. We will deal with water chemistry, waste(water) treatment, acid mine drainage and treatment, remediation of environmental issues in oil development. Any student with “general chemistry” is eligible to take this introductory class. The goal of this class is to have a good understanding on environmentally friendly resources development.
