This course identifies the challenges and opportunities in supply chain management, and discusses contemporary
strategies and analytical techniques companies employ to counter them. Issues in designing supply chain and
logistics networks are also covered, as are topics in demand forecasting, inventory management, transportation,
and supply chain contracting etc. The course relies extensively on mathematical modeling and real-life case
studies to enhance the learning experience.
