This course covers the fundamentals of mechatronics, with a practical focus on the microcontroller. The lectures begin with fundamentals of programming for microcontrollers and cover the architecture and operation of microcontroller's core peripherals (Digital I/O, Timers, Interrupts). Furthermore, students will learn data exchange methods using various communication protocols and will cultivate the ability to design and implement complete mechatronic systems through hands-on labs controlling various sensors and motors.
