This course introduces primary topics in operations management. Students are expected to be able to 1) explain terminology by giving appropriate examples, 2) solve quantitative problems related to Quality Management, Demand Forecasting, and so on. The ultimate goal of this course is to help students apply concepts in operations management to overall business context.
