The aim of this course is to empower students with the ability to recognise and nurture vital skills that enhance personal and collective performance, whether collaborating within organisations or across them. Additionally, it will shed light on potential managerial challenges and equip students with the tools to embark on a lifelong quest to devise strategies for sidestepping these obstacles while actively progressing towards realising their managerial and leadership capabilities.
This course initiates students into essential management and leadership principles, fostering the cultivation of essential skills required for proficient leadership and management. It emphasises the development of interpersonal competence, ethical decision-making, social responsibility, and a heightened awareness of cross-cultural considerations.
