The course aims to provide you with a comprehensive knowledge of essentials of aircraft
maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), including analytical tools for quality and
reliability engineering, as well as data collection and analysis related to MRO objectives.
The first part of the course will cover the fundamentals of aircraft maintenance
organization and practices which will cover airworthiness control, development of aircraft
maintenance programs, MRO organizations, engineering and technical supports, quality
assurance and safety.
The second part focuses on essential principles and analytical techniques in quality and
reliability engineering, with particular emphasis on mathematical modeling based on
statistical data collection and analysis. The overall knowledge gained will enable you to
have a general understanding of MRO concepts and tools in the industry.
