This lecture covers the basic theories of signals and systems. We introduce continuous and discrete signals, and learns the Fourier transform method to analyze frequency components of signals. We also learn the definitions and properties of basic linear time-invariant systems. Furthermore, frequency analysis and implementation structures in linear time-invariant systems are studied, and Laplace transform techniques are also covered. In this course, we have Matlab exercise session and experience practical applications.
